Hardware store?Well,the part I can't find is the problem.it's a 4 in hubsprocket, they're not made anymore..They may make some this summer,this comes directly from manco..thanks for the input..

Manco interceptor is the kart.I really need the 4in sprocket hub that is 5/8 keyed and 36 teeth count.I've tried everywhere and it's a discontinued part.Anyone have one or know where to buy one please let me know..Thanks!

And just like I thought,no one has the sprocket drum 36t 5/8 keyed. JUST MY LUCK

Haha,cool that's what I thought..I've never seen one worn that bad either.That's why I was thinking it was designed that way..My ex bought this used,the chains were pure rust !Where is my best bet for exact replacement parts?

I'm trying to fix my son's go kart that me ex bought him.It keeps throwing the drive chains off.Engine is already adjusted all it can go,who sells the sprockets and chains for these?The main drive sprocket looks weird,the teeth look cupped out and bent but I'm wondering g if the teeth are...

Manco cart Sorry guys,ive been working late alot.I will def get some details and pics up..thanks for the info so far.but it does have single drive tire and two chains ,one to clutch,the other to axle sprocket,and it has a band brake(that Is useless)

Ill have to look at that,like i say,this thing has been sitting for over a year! I race Gps all the time,so most of my time has been towards mx and gps//and my 450,lol..Ill look though..Oh ya,,any suggestions on better braking??i can stand on the pedal and it just keep going..
