Looks good. While you're playing with the grinder and welder, you might want to make a shield for that rear sprocket since it now sits lower than before. There's nothing worse than putting hours of work into it and your kid tears it up on the 2nd lap.

The chain tensioner is back on. It didn't take long for the first pop.

That might be my only option. My pegs measure about 4". All of the replacements I've found are 4.84". I'd like at least 6-7" (that's what she said). But seriously, I may try to cut and extend the right peg.

The mini bike is a success! I ended up removing the chain tensioner. I don't think I need it. No throttle or braking issues. I can drive it much faster now that I know I can stop and the rear wheel will hold air. My only complaint is that the right foot peg seems too short due to the motor...

Honestly it'll probably be next weekend. I can't find one of the pieces to the master link for the chain. I just ordered a replacement. And the replacement bracket for the brake hasn't come in yet. I'm definitely ready!!
