    I'm realizing now it was a bad idea. I busted it trying to remove the gov. I've never busted one before and it seemed like a somewhat good idea at the time. I ordered a dozen so hopefully I'll be good for a while.

    Honda gx200 backfires with 18lb valve springs

    I got a brand new gx200. Only mod was 18lb valve springs, air box cover removed, and governor removed. Backfires a lot on deceleration. What am I doing wrong?

    Parallel Torque Converters?

    I'm thinking of going with this set-up. Still debating if I should use one or two sprockets on he jackshaft. As for the shaft to primary pulley, I'm also debating to a twin belt setup. Any ideas or pointers are greatly appreciated.
