Thanks for the reply . Wouldn’t the valves still float @ higher rpms if I did not upgrade my valve springs ? I definitely plan on removing the zip and taking the gear out .

Just picked up a Coleman ct 200 u . Did the stage 1 upgrade ( header , intake , rejet carb , and the governor zip tie trick temporarily. Going to upgrade my valve springs to 18lbs noticed engine has a little sputter at higher rpms . Just need to know the correct number that my Valve lashes...
