The sprocket is for a 35 chain and its a 35 chain they are both almost brand new. I can see how the sprocket looks bent in the picture but it's just a weird angle and is perfectly straight. Thanks anyways though.

It is aligned well but you may be right about tension. I think the rolling and pulling may be a good idea because last time this happened all my other ideas didnt work but when i rolled it, the chain slid right out. :thumbsup: Also i have already removed the master link but it hasn't helped.

If it helps the kart is a yard kart, not sure what it weighs but it doesn’t have a cage and I weigh like 130.

Hey guys, I was looking to get a new sprocket and decided to change sizes. Right now I have a 60 tooth and a 12 tooth clutch on a yard kart frame that has 12” back tires. I was wondering some suggestions for gear ratio, keep in mind I would like more top end spend rather than torque. Thanks!
