I think your right If the rims are metric does that mean the 1.5 "inch" center opening is actually a "38 mm" opening? and that's the hub size?

Thanks KartFab- Will any 3 hole hub with a 1.5 inch OD x 1 inch ID fit these rims? It crossed my mind that these may be front wheels because of the 3 holes for the bolts? Most of the rear wheel hubs I've seen are 4 holed. Thanks for the links. You have a good web site, too.
