ok, ive had tons of trouble buying brake bands. i have a 4in brake drum. so do i get a 4 in band or a 4.5 in band. and right now i have a rod brake system, should i change to cable. is cable or rod better?

when i first got it i got around 30mph. thats full gas pedal striaght line. it wasent accurate though. my dad was just riding in his car next to me lol. offtopic: i learnd that my drum brake was bent lol anyone know a good site for 4 in band drums and 4 1/2 inch bands
