I did try the bolting-the-tire-to-the-rim idea. It works for some yard fun anyway. I wanna convert this to a live axle and hopefully you guys can tell me what tires to use so that they dont spin off the rim. Thanks!

Thanks! I will get some pictures tonight and upload. Im about to drill some holes in the tire and rim and bolt the darn thing together so it wont spin.

So I found this old frame at a yard sale for $25. I bought it, added the necessities to make it go. My children love it. However, the tires I chose are terrible...because I don't know any better. Which is why I am here. The tires on there now are the kind that go on a hand truck or similar item...
