Im trying to plan out the neck of my mini bike. can i get away with using black gas pipe. like an 1" diameter then putting a bolt through the middle? if not what do you guys suggest? material sourced from a lowes, HD is preferred.

id say check all the o-rings, boots from head to carbs, gaskets and diaphrams. simple stuff like cruddy seals can lead to leaks and tuning headaches. sometimes these parts can cost big money. the previous owner of my 83 suzuki gs750e ripped all 4 of the diaphrams and just those alone set me...

I was gonna use harbor freight wheels... still cant decide on a size for the back. its either 10in or 13in. i was thinking instead of doing like a 1 to 1 on the motor to jack shaft. i could gear that a little high to keep the rpms up. like 12t to 15t then like a 15t clutch to the 60t sprocket
