Looks like it but up close you can see the spot welds.

I have someone who wants my axle and sprocket. The axle is tack welded to the frame. Is there an easy way to remove the welds to free the axle? Or is there more to it than just that? I took the bolts out already.

That's true. I wouldn't expect it to start right up and run. Most cheap things you buy need work. It's just one helluva deal. Motors especially big ones aren't that low. Lol I found a bobber frame but I don't the budget for a motor. I can't even pick this up :(
