I would not use expanded metel on the floor because of water and dirt, I used body metal available at local auto parts stores for about 40$ for a 4x8 sheet and small self taping screws are ideal for easy removal of any body or floor pannels. :cheers2:

this is what the metal looks like, and is verry easy to work with.

Some expanded metal for body pannels would look really sharp and protect you off road, verry nice when its painted

the engine is out of a yamaha gp 250 (ski doo) with a muffler from a 100 yamaha dirtbike and it still needs a brake
