I Just Not even 2 hours ago installed a new 127cc B&S engine and a new clutch on my mini bike! It Wont Even move my 9 year old brother! he weighs like 70lbs Ratio is 12T clutch and 75T Sprocket on 6 inch rims which is like 14 diameter whats going on

on the db30 i think i counted 65T might be 70T though! unless 65 exists ! & i have to check the other one tommorow.

but i would like to order everything together! i hate waiting for things to arrive jaja.. and im just gonna use a centrifugal clutch maybe upgrade to a TC later.

Hello i recently got a lawn tractor that had a bad engine. I put another engine on it and it was working. decided to do a pulley swap for a little more speed as i was doing that i decided to make a new clutch, then i saw that the turning mechanism was garbage, it was all bad so i cut the gears...

did some welding today on some thin flat metal. what do you guys thing? it was pretty tough trying to break it. I welded it on both sides. (you can tell which side is which by how much its grinded.) @firemanjim, i don't know what i'm gonna do with it. maybe just keep it and have it just in case...

how do i test my welds? & Thanks for your opinion, i had a feeling they where bad lol dont worry i wont be riding this soon.

Ok so i need help with this... i kinda tried to extend it and it keeps braking.. my welds suck, but i know that is not the only thing wrong.. What do i do? the reason i took the back end its because it was already broken like if someone else extended it. TIA

Didn't think of that lol its my first time with a go kart... a 212cc? predator engine.. steel tube, single seat, pavement and trails.

What Do You Guys Think Of This Frame? If it Passes Im Gonna Start Building it Monday..! Just Need To Know If Its Good..just noticed its kinda crooked..:oops: but i will make sure the actual frame does not end up like that.. TIA
