    Edge Taipan buggy with Ninja250

Okay. Reminds me of what henry ford said :p "you can have any colour you like as long as it's black" :p Um. I like my ktm bike and that's orange. But I'm not keen to paint my buggy orange. I like red. Maybe red. Or blue. A light blue. I'm still undecided :p Sent from my GT-I9100

    Ninja 250 jetting and wiring.

I shall post a photo of both diagram and loom in about 30 minutes when I get to the shed. It doesn't seem hard. It's just I don't know how :p Current I'm just bypassing it by using jumper leads attached to the engine and starter motor. With the other wires (coils, earth) plugged in the...

    Ninja 250 jetting and wiring.

I have a custom loom which just does enough to run the engine. And I do not know how to power the relay to make it trip so I can crank the motor over. I can get a photo of the loom diagram if it will help? Sent from my GT-I9100

    Ninja 250 jetting and wiring.

I don't actually know if there is a fuel mixture screw on it :/ I have looked and can't find one. Websites don't mention it. I shall buy a k and n filter for it from work and then rip the head off and get to work on the valves. I found a service manual in 2 minutes :D Yeah there's a bit of...

    Ninja 250 jetting and wiring.

Hey all. I am starting to work on my engine atm as I currently do not have a welder to work on my buggy with. I fired it up again today and it has some issues we'll say. It doesn't enjoy starting. (I need start ya bastard to get it to fire) And when it does start it will die on throttle...

    Edge Taipan buggy with Ninja250

Sorry. My bad. I was going of memory after reading it once. So don't hate... I don't really see the problem with locking. I used to lock my back up on my back up all the time. But since then I never lock it up as it gives more control. And it just takes a steady and controlled foot to control...

    Ninja 250 Exhaust

I never said anything that they don't sound good. They sound great! I fired it up when my neighbours were starting their CRF motocross bikes up and couldn't hear a thing except for the grumble of the ninja. Even with earmuffs :p They sounded so quiet afterwards :p I was just concerned about...

    Edge Taipan buggy with Ninja250

Bugger. I would be able to get a 360mm front disc easily enough. But then that would be a challenge and a half to mount it on the drive Hub which is on the axle :/ Wow you guys are smart. I'm learning more every post! Thanks a ton! One step closer to finishing :) I could buy the calliper...

I actually thought of that if I did decided to do a 2 into 1 pipe. But I think I shall just leave them as it is as I fired it up today and it sound sweet with just the headers. Sent from my GT-I9100

I guess, except it is quite loud. Pretty deafening tbh. I didn't buy it with stock mufflers I bought it just the engine wiring and carbs for 760 au which is fairly decent. Done about 27000 km on it. 2006 model. I haven't heard of fitting extractors? Sent from my GT-I9100

Yeah its a brembo front unit front a ktm motorbike. They are extremely powerful. It should match. They are a floating calliper and I can mount it easily enough. I should suit the disc? Is there anything I should know? Cheers James :) Australia FTW! :) Sent from my GT-I9100

Yeah true. I thought of cutting the join in the tube and turning the pipes a different angle from the engines to make more clearance. Is thee any problem with this? Sent from my GT-I9100
