Update Got the frame all finished up and put some paint on it.. painted the wheels and the board too. i like it the last picture shows the larger wheels that will be put in the rear

I got it all running and it is crazy fast! I haven't even tried putting it more that 1/3 throttle and its very powerful.. Ive just tried it out on the street and haven't really been able to get it up to speed.. I'm gunna take it out to a good field tomorrow so i can really open the throttle up...

For being 61.5cc it sure is a powerful engine! I know my 148cc B&S engine produces 3.5 HP and weighs 35lbs :( its not a terrible idea but it doesnt seem like it will be hassle free to do what you are proposing. If it were me (simple and cheap) I would just get a used engine that you can find...
