Hello all, Ive seemed to run into a bit of trouble getting my go kart running. I bought a 10T centrifugal hilliard clutch from northern tool This one Now my kart has 18in rear tires, 54T axle sprocket and the clutch has 10T. From what I understand it has a 5.4:1 gear ratio which should be ok...

Received the bronze bushing but does not fit! :( any ideas.... Im guessing I either ordered the wrong part number or they sent me the wrong one...?

Just double checking I've ID'd the correct version of my clutch that I acquired with go kart frame. If I'm correct I have a comet 30 series (Asymmetrical) is this correct? attached are a few pics of the driver/drive also from what I'm missing looks to be the Bronze Bushing part # 200349A...

5/16"-24 means the size of the bolt is 5/16" and the -24 means there are 24 threads per inch on the bolt so making it a fine thread bolt. On a normal 5/16" bolt there is 18 threads per inch making it a coarse thread.

Sorry for the late responce. Finally had the flywheel pulled off and timing key was in perfect shape. What I ended up doing was opening the cover of the engine. Governor plastic had broke inside. I went ahead and did the low oil and governor removal. I'm currently adjusting the rocker arms and...

Definitely a spark, ground it it to the exhaust and had someone pull it and saw the spark and also accidentally grounded it to my hand and got shocked lol EDIT: I disconnected the oil sensor and felt like it wanted to start then nothing....

Tried the gas by removing spark plug and was a no go. I also went ahead and ordered a new carb from ebay just in case
