I just realised the pulley I'm using doesn't have three holes

Ok thanks for that I may do that so are u saying that the weld idea won't work or its just easier to?

So how would I use them

Plus I only have a pulley at the moment and belt

Ok I will how have you welded your on to ur wheels please send a pic

I'm going to get it as close to the wheel as possible and then weld it onto the wheel maybe need something to space them out a bit like another bearing welded onto the bearing to the sprocket

I have angle grinded the axles off and I am going to weld it onto the back

Coz I'm trying to make a cheap mini bike if I buy a kit then what's the point in me even bothering! plus I'm not from america and too expensive want to find scrapyards near me and rustle one up outta what I got

I have put some further designs down I think these will help u understand my idea.I have an idea to put a pole threw where the bareings would go and weld a sprocket on the end,please tell me what u think.
