    Tyrod 4

Do you mean 'left hand' by reverse? That's not a problem. I'd be inclined to tap it to the next size up of you can open up the bolt hole for the mating part.

    my what is it ?

Yes. It's for a jack shaft. Left side is a cvt, right is the chain.

    Lazy Boy Kart

Reminds me of this guy.... http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motorized_recliner_incident I met him a year or two before his arrest at Brainerd for the NHRA nationals. He was cruising the grounds in his recliner. I have a pic somewhere of him.

    gearing a drag kart

I ran junior dragsters for years with my son and everybody uses a torque converter. We ran much better numbers than listed above, but we made a ton of power (considerably more than 11hp), we ran large diameter drag slicks and tached the motor above 8k to do it. A stock 5hp B&S with the governor...

    Custom CNC parts

How would the machine know where to start, how you are holding the workpiece, which cutting tools you want to use? It's called CAM, but still needs a person on a computer using the 3D model to decide these things.

    Custom CNC parts

People always say they understand that, but still want mail order part pricing. $160 buys you 2-3 hours of machine time, at best. I don't machine anything for anyone but myself anymore because of this. My cost to machine custom components (as stated above already) is higher than the selling...

    Adding on to this trailer

Plywood isn't the problem, just need the floor supports (steel) spaced properly. A good majority of the enclosed car trailers rolling down the highway have plywood floors in them, in the U.S. anyway. One example..... http://www.haulmark.com/bumper-pull_racecar-trailer/modelegwt3/

    Adding on to this trailer

You need to know the rating on that coupler and the axles. The tires too, but I'd bet a week's pay it has car or light truck tires on it. Most states require brakes on at least one axle for car haulers, my state requires both axles. That special licensing in my state means YOU are the...

    Tachometer

You're not nit pickey, you made me do a little research. And you are absolutely correct. I have put them on pit bikes with Tecumsas and had no problems. I always assumed they were reading correctly, and it seemed so as they were governed motors at 3600 rpm. Autometer's website specifically says...

    Tachometer

It works on any single cylinder 4 stroke motor. Don't get so hung up on their description.
