ok guys i got the motor rebuilt every thing went back together really well no more smoke and it had a stuck valve all go to go now. Ok so i have been trying to hook up the carb linkage with out the governon for 2 days now, i did a search of this site with out any luck so if anybody has some tips...

I've never rebuilt a small motor befor(any motor) but yeah I'll try to find a new motor and look into the rebuilding it, thanks for all your help

Wow that was fast toystory thank u very much for the info. The motor it's self is in bad shape smoking real bad I thank new rings are needed but not sure,all seals are bad to so I was looking for something different.

Hello all new to the site, so I have this kart with a old B&S 5 hp(135212 0006-02)is there any motor out now a days that will fit just like the old does? Let me know if u need more info.Thanks for any help.
