Thanks for everybody who helped i got it up and running today.

So i tried starting it and it shot a lot of gas out of the exhaust and then stopped and was blowing smoke out of the exhaust and it was partially starting then cutting off. Does anyone know what would be wrong with it

I got it back together and then my throttle cable broke does anyone know were i can get one?

I Took the carb off and looked in the gas tank and it was extremely dirty so i drained out all the gas, but what is the easiest way to clean it out?

No i havent done that yet. Could i just spray som carburater cleaner in the carb or do i need to take it apart and clean it?
