I believe this what I have purchased. The motor is locked up, has all four tires and rims, one hubcap, steering wheel, no seat cushion. Fiberglass needs some work. Not bad for $60.

Ok, so I removed the throttle linkage from the side control that looks like a paper clip and the big spring located to the left of the throttle as seen in this pic. That seems to be the fix and the throttle is now operating independent of the side control.

I have a Briggs and Stratton 5 hp, that I replaced all the linkage for the carb and governor. With the side control, I can adjust the idle from slow to fast. I hooked up the throttle cable under the gas tank and now it seems like both are fighting each other and the whole throttle mechanism...

It actually came with a 3 hp Tecumseh. Guy sold that motor before I could get the bike

Ok, so if I buy a #41 chain, will it work with the clutch and sprocket?

Took measurements. The rear 72T sprocket is 3/8" between teeth and the 10T clutch sprocket is 1/2" between teeth. I measured my other kart that has a 54T rear sprocket and the clutch is 10T with both being 1/2". I have #35 chain for both setups.

Sorry, haven't had a chance. All three of my kids are playing in a baseball tournament. I'll have a chance tomorrow.

The chain fits the 10T clutch. Just to big for rear sprocket

I ordered the chain from BMI. It's a #35 for sure. Just don't know about clutch or rear sprocket.

Chain is too big for 72T rear sprocket. Teeth too close. I will measure chain once I get a chance. Thanks
