Hi bob, Thanks for the suggestions. I think those exhaust 90's could work for the intake, but would really prefer something a bit thicker. But then I guess I'll do what I have to. The stainless stuff would be nice .... if I had experience welding stainless.

I'm looking to fab an intake and an exhaust header, but there is absolutely nobody in my area any more, that can bend 1¼" O.D. tubing. I don't need anything fancy, just 3 pieces of welded steel tube, with a wall thickness of around .065" or so, each with a short-radius 90. If anyone out there...

It is still looking for just the right new home to go to! As you can see, I'm really in no great hurry to part with it, but I do still plan to sell it.

BTW, I do still have the bike, and it is for sale. I never really did make much of a serious effort to sell it, other than posting here. It's been living under a sheet in my garage. I roll it out every month or so to fire it up, and occasionally take a ride around the yard. I just installed...

Still have the bike. It's been sitting in my shop just waiting to be enjoyed by somebody, and the price is negotiable .... within reason. I should probably list it on ebay, or something.

It is kind of a shame, however I totally enjoyed the build. :thumbsup: It kept me occupied for several months, and I really love designing and building things. Also a bit out of the ordinary .... due to the fact that I rode Harleys for so many years. I had to pretty much give up riding though...

No caliper up front .... just the rear.

Recently built this (mini/trail/ATV) bike, and due to the fact that it's seldom ridden, and I need the $ for another project, I'm selling it. It has no more than maybe 6 or 7 hours on it. The machine has a strong running 9hp Electric start (with alternator), Tecumseh engine with a Comet series...
