    ok that is a start- when i have tried to loosen the bolts holding the wheel together they just spin. I can't get a wrench on the back of them because the brake drums are in the way I think.

    Band brake rusted on FunKart Here are pics of my barn find Indy Style funKart. Looks like the band brake is rusted cuz the drive wheel wont move. I'm new here so any ideas? I've sprayed it with WD40 and beat on the back of the wheel with a regular size persuasion tool but need to get some...
