Hey it's ya boi. Back to my go kart that I've gotten running pretty well. I know that I need new tires and all, but before that, I want to fix their slant, unless it's related to the flat tires. Anyone have this problem and know how to fix it? Any help is appreciated. P.S: Exams suck.

I have a Manco Dingo go kart with a 6 hp 195cc motor on it. The rear pulley appears to be longer than the engines shaft. This seams to, 1: make it not run nearly as fast as it should, 2: it won't idle, and 3: the kart goes forward when i pull start it
