I have a jiangdong jf390 engine and supposedly it's a copy of a Honda motor. Looking to get a new carb and the ones I'm finding have wires coming off the bowl. What are these wires for? The carb that's on it now does not have wires.

Hey guys just found this forum and I just started a new project. On the frame now is an 11hp but came with an 13. My plan is to use the 13hp. But I've never heard of this brand. Anyone have experience with Jiang dongmotors? And if so can you recommend a clutch to use. I'd like a chain if possible.
