Rear suspension mostly done, need to make the 4 long links to run from top and bottom of knuckles to the main frame

No I don't do that I just cut and form the insulation board, foam core or therma to shape and tape it together

Thanks, I always just use foam core, 1/8 therma ply or rmat insulation board.

Frame and subframe complete! Now onto rear suspension.

With motor and rear frame connected I can easily pic the front off the ground wheel barrow style using just arms.

Lol! Not into boats anymore but I was a 50's aluminum when I was! Main frame 100%!!! Now to cut aluminum sheeting. Here is some pics next my Mazda 6 and tundra for scale
