To ensure a thorough cleaning I soak the carb in Chem-Dip for 24hrs, poke all holes with a guitar string ( stiff enough but flexible ) and use compress air to blow them out. Do not soak the diaphragms, O rings, gaskets or plastic parts.

I go to Norther Tools and Equipment and Harbor Fright Tools for one on one therapy sessions. Sometimes I go to Autozone for a quick fix. Other times I go to Pick-n-Pull ( local auto salvage yard ) and stroll thru the boneyard.

A Wing-Nut is always welcome. I have a Trailmaster MID XRX ( no reverse ) Soaked and cleaned the carb. Re-attached the starter pull cord. Wiring is messed up but I bypassed all that and got it going anyways. Runs great. Post any issues you might have ... plenty of help here.

you want a good carb but you can't afford the suggested one. Looks like you have no choice but to settle for a cheap carb ... try ebay

The good thing is there are several off road parks near here that allow Jeeps, ATV's, Quads and dirt bikes but no Go Karts. I do have big bikes I don't ride anymore, I have a couple of Cafe Racers 400cc that are fun. Think I'm gonna get a dirt bike and hit those trails at those parks.

Unless you have a ranch or open property or know someone who does, places to ride are pretty slim to none. I'm gonna sell my karts because of that. I'd like to buy a couple acres and build a track on it and charge people to use it ( at their own risk of course , signing a release of liability )...
