Here are a few pics of the kart it don't seem like its idle high, clutch looks as its engaging as soon as I open the choke hence the take off . I'm lost

I'm here because I just received a go cart for my kids, and having issues. A friend of mine recommended this site says a lot of knowledge comes out of here. My interests are dirtbiking, golfing and relaxing. Thanks for the response.

So I have inherited a go cart with a Tecumseh engine for my kids. Really don't know anything about it. It does have a centrifugal clutch. When I start it with the choke on starts first pull, I turn the choke off/open and watch out its gone. Thank God for a chair and my Honda 450 to stop it...
