Predator 420 with about 20 hours total, and 4 hours on THIS oil change. Is this much magnetic black goo normal? Stock except main jet and air filter.

On a Coleman b200r, stock jackshaft, driver sprocket, are there any replacements for the 20 tooth it currently is? I would like a 15 or even a 10 tooth would be better and make the jackshaft 1:1. Thanks!
