I feel so dumb for forgetting that I own a multimeter... I am getting potter to the ignition coil but none out of it. Need new coil. I will update tomorrow how that goes.

Still no spark... Got some pics of the kart though. Please, if you know CDI electrical read through this thread and help me figure this out. I'm a smart guy but there at is only so far I can take this by looking at it.

Maybe someone knows a way to test the ignition coil?

That switch came on the kart. I did away with the one from the bike cause I couldn't get the push button to work.

Starter switch from kart: Black w/white from CDI: Black from kart: Is that black with white the kill? What am I missing?

Yeah well in the research I've done so far it looks like the motor is a Zongshen. It's a kazuma cheetah 200 but it's also a zongshen sx200gy. So far I haven't been able to find much info other than basic stats. If someone can find some more detailed info out a manual that would be awesome...

So I think maybe somewhere between the plastic push button or the ignition I had to drill out cause I lost the key, something is broken. No matter, I did away with both and wired it up to the old starter switch and it turned the starter. On this much simpler switch there are 4 wires; red, black...

Yeah it's a lot to learn. I got it to hit a lick today so I must be getting close. Still can't get it to turn over via push button.

All of these circuits intersect eachother. To use one uncut harness is to use them all. I'm wondering, are most bikes of similar size comprised of the same components? Could I possibly use a wiring diagram from another bike? Kazuma sucks for discontinuing a product and not still keeping...

Yeah, wish I had thought that far ahead. I have all of the safety crap hooked up. Basically everything but the lights and I can't get it to turn over. Tried arcing the starter and can't get a spark. The really aggravating part is that the bikes original wiring has lots of splices. Is that normal?

When the TC squeezes it lifts the belt generally past the edges of the driver. I believe that when that happens that belt keeper is biting the back of you're belt. PercRTussion tool fix

Oh yeah, also, is it best to use the bikes original ignition or the simpler ignition from the kart?
