I do have all of the above. But should i worry about the timing marks when i mount the stator back on?

These are some photos of the stator. There are some marks on it T and F. Do they have a meaning?

Should i dismount the stator or what? From what i can see from outside, there is no pinched wire.

There is one more thing i can think of which is the electric choke i am not connecting to anything so far. Maybe that is what is killing the engine. But to know for sure i need to get a regulator like Brianator said

True. But the regulator is for charging the battery and other stuff that is using DC current. it doesn't affect the engine's functionality
