Did some searching and found out that I need a new chain. Mine keeps knotting up and even after sprayed with penetration oil. Going to buy a new one and clutch.

Yes sir. Carb has been adjusted and it fires right up. Next issue is that the chain flies off even after I push the engine all the way up and tighten it. Probably buy a new chain as this one seem to kink up all the time.

Got the fuel line connected and started the kart. That OEM carb is trash compared to the mikuni! I hit the gas and instantly realized the chain wasn't right enough as it flew off. Will move the engine forward more and see what it does.

Got my gopowersports mikuni 22mm carb. Not to bad to take the old one off with the studs in the head. I still have to buy some longer fuel lines and we shall see what she does.

Ordered mikuni 22mm from gopowersports. Hopefully this fixes the issue.

Check the governor and it's connected with a spring Aldo the screw it good to go. Going to drain fuel and check the tank. Also looking at 22mm carb and see what this do.

Another Ks person! Hey I got the same engine if you need parts off it. It ran before I took it off and used a predator 212.

Here are the pics of the carb and plug. The plug is only a few days old. So any help will be greatly appreciated.

Used. I pulled the old plug, and it was dark, but I don't know how long it was in the engine. I also moved the choke all the way around, and it wanted to roll, but as soon and I gas it more throttle, it died. I even unhooked the oil sensor(like some have suggested on another post).

I got it used and from what I can tell Al they did was take off the governor. I will fiddle with the choke this weekend and see what it does. I have pulled the carb and fuel in the def flowed out without an issue. If the key was marked I could tell if it was OEM or not.

Worked like a charm. Got it to start and idle. Issue now is that when you hit the throttle it bogs down and dies. I have cleaned the carb and I just cleaned the foam air filter.

Took brake cable parts off my son's old bike. Fired the motor up and it ran. Pressed on the gas and the hose clamp flew off 😅. Going to see about more clamps I got some place. Also when I pulled the throttle linkage it didn't want to rev higher.

So got tired of the B&S and used the predator 212 and purchased the throttle cable and pedal. What information I am looking for is how to attach the cable in the picture or the throttle rod. I am up for almost anything besides welding since I do not have one at the moment.
