Our team is building a kart for racing and we are using a 3hp Briggs Stratton engine. If I use disc clutch for transmission, would I get better acceleration and torque? Is there any disadvantage in using a CVT for transmission in a racing kart?

Can I couple a centrifugal clutch and CVT together to get better performance from my gokart??:rolleyes:

I'm in a go kart project. Our team is using 125cc 3hp Briggs and Stratton engine. I'm confused that what transmission to use? And is that better to use centrifugal clutch alone?? Please help me guys.....!!!!:o:o
