    it ok to restart a project while the round may work (it wont) the square has a better shape and it essayer to make angles with it and if you don´t have a drop saw and only angle grinder it is easier to cut a square and to make it symmetrical

    one more thing if this is your first time making a go kart i would recommend square tubing round tubing is harder to weld to make it look good and square is easier to cut and make it look neat and even if the welds are good you can get enough welds on it. also are you using a flux or a stick...

    no I met like if you are constantly drilling out your carb the venturi needs to be bigger with unless you get a good air fuel ratio thats why nitro is used on small engines.     nitro requires less air but if you drill out your jet you will need a bigger carb. Typicaly 28 to 32 mm

    i have seen it done but it takes time to tune it i have some buddy's that work at a nice tuning shop and they focus more on ATV side by sides and go kart so they are great with this stuff they even have a ATV dyno that i could dyno my go kart on it one more thing you know you can mix your own...
