Beating this horse to death, make sure your printer knows the kart is "orange" as well as the undershirt-shirt he's wearing. About the same color as the General Lee from the Dukes of Hazzard.

The problem with that decal on the Ken-Bar kart or the decal on any kart that is located on the floor pan is that it gets tread upon, scuffed and scratched. A clear cover of some kind needs to be over it. Some kind of 1/16" thick or more clear plastic that's optically clear would be ideal. Maybe...

I just noticed the valve cover on his engine from post #13. OHC, aka Overhead Cam. Is that legit or just a Chinese typo? OHC engines are a cut above pushrod engines, at least in the cool factor. Show us more of this engine and the brand identifying factors.
