yeah i just got the engine to work it was the pipe that goes into the fuel tank that was broken

i did check the spark plug for a spark already so it probably the fuel intake so i think ill check that later

i just bought this 3 hp engine (i think its a Briggs can't tell because last owner painted the cover) an it won't start when i pull the cord it sounds like it going to start but doesn't. i have put in new gas, checked the oil, change out the air filter, checked the spark plug, and played around...
