Hi guys having bud luck in the uk there's no dealers any more for this kart guy down south has one spring so at least I can get one to copy looking on net it seems to be manco 415 twin seater

You could have fixed that by drilling holes in all corners and shot blasting then galvanise full frame it would have been all right I am looking for a frame if you have one let me know

Hi all just re fitted tc seems to be working fine now test drive tomorrow . Was looking at carb today and not sure how all the mixer screws work as this was put back together by me and I no nothing about it . Engine running fine so will I leave we'll alone ? :mad2:

Mate am a welder it's an art so anything you don't want to fall of get a welder to do it . If you can't it helps if steel is clean and rods have been put in the oven to heat them up .you are better using 3.2 rods 6013 welding tube with arc rods if very hard even for me good luck

Hi guys removed tc cleaned full thing I will put it back at weekend and let you know how I got on . It was covered in crap lol

Was just out looking at this again it's doing my head in . There seems to be to much play in the belt can this be adjusted.

hi mate its tc for sure just not coming out and catching the belt can this be fixed by someone that knows nothing about them it is coming out when you give kart a push but when you slow down you have to push it to get going . thanks for helping

kart is runing fine just has no drive not sure what i have ie tc will take some pics and post them tonight it mango dingo 285 not sure of age
