Ok, figured it out! I put the new torque converter/driver I bought from Amazon on. Holy cow, that did it! Doubled the speed. Easily 35 plus. thank you again everyone for taking this newbie through the process!

Shut off back together, bowel off. Removed clamp, fuel dripping out

Next step?

Had to pinch fuel line, gas was pouring out.

I snipped the wire off for the low oil sensor.

It’s definitely not getting fuel. Poured some fuel on top of carb, will fire.

Also not sure if this hose is supposed to be connected to anything.
