just bolting the sprocket to the wheel, and the wheel is sliding over a 5/8" bolt. with a 5/8" ID bearing. pretty simple really but there will be a second kart comming soon after this one!!

i know their crap, but HF wheels. all i wanted was a rolling cart this weknd $6.00 ea. i will up grade to better later..

so i came to work today and told the shop formen about the motor i bought, i told him it didn't have a key way on the shaft... he told me to bring it in and he will have the machine shop guys put a key way slot in it for me!! ill post pics later of what i did over the weknd..

ok have a problem, i just picked up the motor 5 hp briggs its from an old generator. there is a side peace that is connected to the side of the motor, when i took it off i found there was know key way?? what should i do?

gearing? I have no clue.. but i'm getting the motor this weekend. I guess thats something to think about really quick huh? lol.. Ill be using 8" ais filled tires in the rear. and some other sort of something in the front..lets see some progress of your kart?
