well, there"s nothing wrong with and aluminum frame but it would be alt more expensive and it could need a diferent design over steel. im no expert tho.

well i took it back apart bc you would need the springs to be much stronger than if you were just using a tensioner arm like on a snow blower. and also whenever the engine accelerated it would bounce around a lot so i am not going to go with that design.

so at the moment the clutch system i have it using is a door hinge and some springs to actually tilt the engine, but i think that that moves to much from the engine acceleration so i am going to make a normal style clutch with an arm and a moving pulley. but i there probably wont be any updates...
