Hey Guy's, I'm still here. I have been welding up the front end and I should be done with it tomorrow evening. The plan is to get all the welds cleaned up, filler added and spray primer on all the parts I constructed. This will keep it from rusting until the rest of the cart is built. I plan on...

Well I have been welding and grinding all day. The Suspension Block, A-arms, Bushings and mounts were all tacked together to check all the parts and alignment. It is a real challenge to finish all the welding. Man there is a lot. I had a couple of issues with shrinkage and the parts moved...

It was all Theo and The machine, ... I know to little about this stuff to figure it out. Their the genius's behind my success and I was just the poor slob with the task of implementing their ideas.

Theo, This is the only language for the suspension, and this is a quote; "A note on the suspension... The suspension I have shown here in the plans is a bit advanced and you will have to set your alignment toe just as you would have to do with a car. So make sure to spend the time to do this...

Whoo-Hoo! :drool5: Theo, ... Thanks, ... BIG TIME! All I did was reverse the bolt setup and put everything under the spindle are. There is absolutely no bumpsteer looking at it from the top and looking from the front, ... the spindle bolt stays horizontal throughout the A-arms full motion...

Grizz, I didn't like just but welding the nut's so I bought a bunch of these tall nut's from Mcmaster Carr they are .844" tall. If you hit them on a disc sander, ... The fit inside the tubing. It definitely is easier to keep true while welding them on. Just run a bolt through it to line it up...
