Only need fancy air for exotic metals. Other wise plasma just needs clean dry air.

Not quite moonshine, Makers Mark is 90 proof. IMO, bourbon isn't good unless it is 90 or higher.

Drew up some parts in acad today and ordered them from sendcutsend. Will post pics when they arrive

Propped up the engine cradle/mount approx where it goes.

Welded on 2 of my motor cradle tabs. Waiting on the other 6 to arrive. I also cut and placed 2 horizontal tubes that the engine cradle tabs will mount to.

Fully welded in the diff tabs today. Also assembled the brake rotor and sprocket on there respective mounting hubs.

So I was able to weld in the motor mount tabs (Pic was earlier before they were fully welded).

Well today I welded most of the roll cage. Then put the buggy up on saw horses to focus on the driveline.
As you can see the single cylinder is back in the buggy. The vtwin was having issues yesterday when I was running it on the bench. Back to ol faithful, the duromax 440.

Yesterday started making the mounts for the first jackshaft. This jackshaft will house the driven unit and a 11'ish tooth sprocket. The bracket will have a pivot hole and slotted holes to tension the belt.

Not an ideal setup, just impatient lol. 2 clamps hold stop blocks to locate the piece the other 2 hold clamp the piece down
