Welded on 2 of my motor cradle tabs. Waiting on the other 6 to arrive. I also cut and placed 2 horizontal tubes that the engine cradle tabs will mount to. 20260214_131553.jpg

Well today I welded most of the roll cage. Then put the buggy up on saw horses to focus on the driveline.
As you can see the single cylinder is back in the buggy. The vtwin was having issues yesterday when I was running it on the bench. Back to ol faithful, the duromax 440. 20260221_163742.jpg

Yesterday started making the mounts for the first jackshaft. This jackshaft will house the driven unit and a 11'ish tooth sprocket. The bracket will have a pivot hole and slotted holes to tension the belt. 20260223_190300.jpg

Not an ideal setup, just impatient lol. 2 clamps hold stop blocks to locate the piece the other 2 hold clamp the piece down
