    well with an estimated weight off the frame alone at 180 with strictly steel frame nothing else i'd guess in the area of 200-280? Also this sled didn't have an expansion chamber, they just used mufflers lol?

    yeah, about gear ratio, I was told to find the factory ratio of my sled and it ended up being a 1.7:1, so would that be a good ratio to start then?

    yup most definitely lol, sneakers definitely not the best lol, still got a black spot on my foot from months ago lol, get some good gloves definitely lol, tig gloves are great, but your hand will get hot though, depends on how much heat you can take lol, auto darkening most definitely, I know...

    also look into flux-core wire sizes, your nozzle size, get some good nozzle gel, small gauge is good for sheet metal cause it'll melt quicker where a larger gauge will be good for penetration(no dirty thought lol)

    like with the control arm plans that I have the top portion of the mounts sit about 1/2" back further from the front off the block where the bottom mount location sits at the front, the whole idea is to avoid using heim joints

    Quick question, I plan on building the front of my arachnid without offset control arms, do I need caster? main use probably would be off-roading, couple quick rips up the street etc.... lol
