Help Me have a 420cc engine that I am running a torqe converter on it and one way on the belt it inages at idle and it is hard to move the mini bike with the engine off and when I flip the belt over it moves but does not hit the belt keep in mind this a brand new torqe conver and evry thing is...

it is not retracting like I put it on and then I puled it then it got stuck should the fan cover be loose or what would case it

It does not return keeps getting stuck but i have just started it by a drill I have used the drill becuase of it

and it still get stuck I think it is the spacing on the cup and the pull start

lol i am trying to fix it for a friend ---------- Post added at 10:01 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:57 AM ---------- I got it to idle it was a gap between the carb and the intake and also i just need to get some govener arms for take it out what should I do

heres the thing its not mine and the guy never had governor arms on there so i dont even have them what should I do

the govener lever is not connected and there are is not a air filter

I am having a problem with my brand new carb on my 8hp techumspon enigne it will not stay at a idle it will rev up but does not surge like i will get it to a good idle and then it will rev
