new carb on the way well got my carb yesterday on ebay for 30 bucks its a Tillotson HL239B

pic of shaft here is the key slot.

I think it's a f series it's shaft is 3/4 but the key way is just a small half moon. What options are out there for clutches and carbs. I got her running today it had a bad coil and gummed up carb.

I have a miller 210 mig welder I use around the farm. I am no fabricating genius but I weld decent thought it would be fun to fab my own frame, but you have a valid point. What is a good frame?
