Stainless handle bars and top clamp/ throttle/ brake lever

Thanks guys. Got the rear tires mounted and re-did the neck part of the frame. Removed about 5 degrees and an inch of stretch from the neck.

got the wheel done, with stainless buchanan spokes and the springer put back together. I have to make a new top clamp for it, and will be cutting the neck back off to take an inch or so out of the frame. it looks a little too long in the frame area in front of the tank, and want it as compact...

Thanks man. Got the top all tacked together. Gas tank on the way. Have a lot of old motorycle calipers, trying to find one to fit and a way to go about mounting it.

Top side started

The jackshaft has two bearings. I cut apart the old one from the mounting base, cut off the bearing "cups", put in a new shorter piece of tubing between, and welded it all back together. Thanks, that table is nice to have. Sucks to store when not using it, but great for frames.

Slowly.

Axle/ sprocket together. Have a rough plan figured out for the seat/ sissy bar area.

Started on the frame. Had to make a new jackshaft to get the chain lined up with the axle(without having the engine offset in the frame a ton)

Slow going. Got the differential axle from Northern. Turned down the hubs to get rid of the band brake mounts. Cant find anything for a sprocket/ rotor to fit the diff mounts, might order a blank one and drill holes to mount. Should have a K&N intake today and be able to mount that up...

Ok, i got all the tubing ordered to build a frame. Still looking at the rear axle, i looked at those differential axles, not too bad price wise, but id you use one, do you need to put a brake on each side? would having only one brake on one rear wheel make it want to spin if you hit the...

Well, what im kind of thinking of doing is having one solid axle, so i can run the sprocket and brake disc on it somewhere, and make the other wheel have bearings in it to spin on its own, just on the last few inches of the axle. I have a lathe, so i can turn down the end of the axle i already...
