Ok that a neat idea using the fins like that I usually measure the bore with calipers and get the spec of diff engines till I find a match. Rmm has a point honda has identification cast into the block. And unfortunately even with chinese clones motors may look identical but many use completely...

Looks like a chinese (ugh) clone. The lines/holes/designs and whatnot on starter filter ect are not of honda lineage. if at first you dont succeed get a bigger hammer....
