how do I cut axle 7 degrees for spindle

Hi this is my 1st kart and I was wondering how do I cut axle 7 degrees for spindle brackets to have the correct caster angle? I suppose I could wing it or not do it at all but I figure there has to be a smart way of getting this done right. thankshttp://diygokarts.com/vb/images/smilies/idea2.gif

    1st build

I plan to use a jack shaft to get it in line with the wheel and a tensioner sprocket like off a tandem bicycle to help keep everything snug Don't know if it's gonna work but that's the plan

    1st build

I kind of like the look using a wagon so I have decided this would be a good 1st attempt. I wanted to de every thing the hard way so this is the plan. Front engine with a rear drive. I have an old frame I plan to cut up and re arrange. Also a 69 Briggs
