it is a 60 tooth sprocket,so i set it in my drill press with a drill vice and used a bit extension to drill it out.a normal t handle was long enough to tap it.say that real fast and it sounds easy.

i am drilling and tapping a sprocket that came with no set screws.i have noticed some sprockets have one in the keyway is that a good idea.

i found the article surfing,so it would hard to find.im a old dirt bike rider that has gone to honda atc.maybe im expecting too much.our local sand strip is dialin so maybe i should concentrate on consistency not on speed.this is my frist cart in over 50 years.

i have read that the carb on the 390 is small for that displacement.has anyone had any experience with replacing it?one article i read said the actual horsepower of that engine with the governor is 11 not 13.5.

im a old guy from west texas who likes to work on fun stuff.current project is a ken bar 613 and i could use some help on the rear axle.
