The problem is it has a 10hp engine on it but creeps along with a 110 lb person. On it.it has a heavy duty clutch.

Does it matter where the clutch sits to the sprocket? In front, behind, or directly above?

I have no idea what was originally on it the bolt pattern doesn't match up to any engines we had. We had to modify the plate...
The bearings were froze we got them moving again via a pressure washer and both rotors are warped I have been beating on them with a mallet since I can't get them off and they are moving again.

I have a 10 hp tecumseh I stuck on there. I was going to use a 212 predator but I wanted a little extra power it's a heavy kart. When I bought it one rear tire was on it the rest were stacked up. I think they are golf cart tires. The hubs they bolt on to may be off a golf cart I don't know...
Those other ones are my buddies that's his garage. He's helping me it going.

The right side the pads were out, I'll remove the left side and see what's happening. Both calipers were loose.

I'm fixing up an old kart that has a differential rear end. If I turn the only one side moves. If I try to roll it only one side moved. We loosened up the bolts on the brackets holding the axle to the frame and everything turned when tightened up noting moves.https://vimeo.com/196382923
