Im new to Here and I have been workin on my go kart Project for a while Now and im getting down to The last things. I dont know a whole lot about go karts so ill probably be asking alot of questions. And this looks like a Good place to get help.

Ever since I put a new air filter and exhaust on it has stopped running off of choke. It runs Good with choke on but Im not getting full rpms someone please help.
